Effective January 1, 2025, a new dental benefit will be added to the IBEW Local 915 Health and Welfare Fund. Each covered person will have an annual maximum benefit of $1,500. There is no annual deductible. Preventive services—such as cleanings and X-rays—will be covered at 100%. All other covered dental services will be paid at 80% until the $1,500 annual maximum is reached. Please see the link below for a list of covered and excluded dental services. You are not required to use a specific dental office. Your provider may submit claims directly to:
